Venue Policies

BAGS PERMITTED

The only bags permitted inside Blue Ocean are:
• Small wristlet or handheld wallet, with or without handle or strap, that does not exceed 6” x 8”
• A clear plastic bag that does not exceed 12” x 12” x 6”

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following is not allowed inside Blue Ocean:
• Backpacks, totes and large handbags
• Outside food and beverages
• Weapons
• Noise makers
• Illegal substances
• Animals that are not officially designated to assist guests with special needs
• Containers
• Inflatable items
• Laser pointers
• Professional cameras
• Banners

INSPECTIONS + ID’s

Guests are subject to bag searches at all shows, and photo identification may be requested upon entry or when picking up will call tickets at the Box Office.
Acceptable forms of ID include a valid driver’s license, US passport, or active military ID.

NO RE-ENTRY

There is no re-entry once your ticket has been scanned and you have been admitted to the venue.

CONDUCT

Patrons are asked to respect the musician(s) and keep noise to a minimum. Loud patrons disturbing the artist or other guests will be asked to leave the Music Hall.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION

Patrons must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid Driver’s License, U.S. Passport or Military ID. Other ID cards, duplicate licenses, expired or damaged driver’s licenses, and driver’s licenses which do not have photos will not be accepted. Out of state licenses require a second form of ID.

DRESS CODE

All guests must wear shirts & shoes.

CELL PHONES

Turn off the ringer on cell phones during performances.

SMOKING

Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the Music Hall. There is a small outdoor secured smoking section accessible from inside the venue.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Professional and digital cameras are not permitted at shows. Guests will be asked to return cameras to their vehicles. Cell phones with the flash disabled may be used to take photos. Professional audio and video recordings are not permitted.
